Returns and Exchanges
If the contents of your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If you receive a damaged item, please email us with your order number, details of the damage, and photos you have taken. You can reach us at hello@asparrow.com.au.
We sincerely hope that you are always completely satisfied with your order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with the products you purchase from the A.Sparrow website, you may return any item in its original, unused condition within 14 business days from the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Your rights under this Returns & Exchanges Policy are in addition to any rights or remedies you have under law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To begin the return process, please email us at hello@asparrow.com.au. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and within 14 days of the delivery date.
We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
If you wish to exchange a product, an exchange can be made for an item of the same value.
Refunds and exchanges can take up to 14 business days to be processed after we receive your returned product.
Please note that in all cases, we are unable to refund the initial delivery charge. Refunds (excluding the initial delivery charge) will be made against the original payment method used

Within 7 business days we will consider your request and contact you with our resolution or request for more information and instructions for the return of the product to us.
You return the product to us as instructed.
We complete the Returns & Exchange Process as per our proposed resolution.
