  • Where is my order?

    To track your order you will need your order number. You can find your order number on the order confirmation email we sent to you or by logging into your account. If you are unable to find your order number please contact us.

    Can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Once your order has shipped our Returns process will apply.

    Can I change my order?

    We understand that sometimes our customers may change their mind and would like to change the ordered product.

    If your order has not shipped you can simply cancel your order and order a different product.

    If your order has shipped you can contact us regarding the exchange. In this case we reserve to charge you for the additional shipping costs.

    A.Sparrow candles and other products are crafted using only the finest, ethically sourced ingredients. Each product description details the specific materials used, including our high-quality waxes, luxurious fragrances, and artisanal craftsmanship.

    Where are A.Sparrow products made?

    Products such as candles, rooms sprays and diffusers sold at A.Sparrow Australian website www.asparrow.com.au are proudly made in Australia.

    We may also import other products or product components; you can find the country of manufacture in our products’ description.

  • Our office hours are 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.

  • Are A.Sparrow products sold in shops?

    We working to establish retail locations and we expect these will be announced soon. Currently our products can only be purchased via this website.
